Cuco is a new musician/band from LA with no debut album or EP to date, but have become increasingly popular within the last year. Since their transition from an electronic/experimental sound to a fusion of lo-fi indie, and folk, with hip hop drum samples, are part of what ganered Cuco some well-deserved attention. The chill flow, and solid bilingual lyricism, make Lo Que Siento worth a listen.

Lo Que Siento recently hit 2 million streams in less than a year. Offering a fresh sound, and pulling from all the best influences of 2018’s revisitation of 90’s/00’s RnB, with a washed and lo-fi aesthetic ala Mac Demarco and Teen Suicide. Notably, the track has a seamless transition between English and Spanish lyrics.

Cuco’s music is available on SoundCloud with more singles coming via streaming services this summer.
