The noodle legged abstract figures you see before you are a robot’s interpretation of Matthias Dorfelt’s illustrations. Based on two of the artist’s previous works, I Follow and Weird Faces, the drawings were randomly generated and executed by the Robo Faber robot.

Each feature of the drawing is randomly generated based on presets programmed by Matthias. The combinations decided on by the autonomous robot are nearly limitless. More details about this work and the Arduino driver software used to program the Robo Faber can be found on their Project Page.
