Converse All Summer and Giant Heads
Bethany of Best Coast, Rostam from Vampire Weekend and Kid Cudi come together for this track called “All Summer,” created for Converse. It’s a fun mix, like the one from a couple years back combining Julian Casablancas, Pharrell and Santogold. This time around, they’re all here in the music video, playing in big, video-game style heads.
You may recognize this as being directly inspired by the work of artist Eric Testroete, who had brought the idea to life for Halloween 2009. Good look, Eric. I hope you’re getting some credit!
