Cardboard Animation
In the same spirit as street-animation artist Blu, check out this graduation final project from Dutch artist Sjors Vervoort. In his clip, cardboard bugs run rampant (and also do pretty mundane stuff like wait for the bus) to a score that has a bit of a Flying Lotus-type sound. Very cool – it’s easy to see why this stood out enough to pick up a runner-up nod for last year’s Metropolis Art Prize.
